Elements of Aliel
Founder LaKeisha Entsuah spent 12 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing before starting her own natural skin care company Elements of Aliel in 2013. During the pregnancy her skin became very sensitive and even the natural products she was using were causing her problems. Determined to find a solution, she decided to put her experience to work. Starting with pure African Black Soap after being introduced to it by a family member she began to formulate products to fit her needs.
As a new mom she quickly realized two things. First, it is important to continue to take care of yourself. You can’t properly take care of your baby if you are worn out. Second, while its important to take care of yourself, you don’t always have a lot of time to do it. For those reasons she formulated four core products that are easy to use and highly effective.
Elements of Aliel is a completely chemical-free skin care line that includes single use clay mask packets (“no measuring, no waste”), herbal tea and coffee scrubs. And even though there are other skincare brands on the market that are vegan*, non-toxic and eco-friendly, Elements of Aliel is not just another skincare brand, it is a collection designed for the individual who is looking for a chemical free, minimalist approach to skincare. Plus a little something extra to pamper yourself (*all EoA products are vegan, except the Glow Serum which contains honey). The company focuses on creating plant-based beauty products that are easy to use and safe for the environment.
