Founder LaKeisha Entsuah spent 12 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing before starting her own natural skin care company Elements of Aliel in 2013. During the pregnancy her skin became very sensitive and even the natural products she was using were causing her problems. Determined to find a solution, she decided to put her experience to work.
